Hi there! My name is Glenda, and I’m the face behind my beloved business, The Seamstress. For over two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to the art of bridal couture, and for nine years, I had the privilege of working at the Coastal Knot Bridal.
I have a deep love for craftsmanship. Since I began my career apprenticing under established designers, I’ve learned the nuances of fit, fabric, and form. My reputation didn’t grow through flashy marketing but through the whispered praise of brides who felt transformed in gowns I altered to perfection.
After years of bringing other designers’ visions to life through my alterations, I knew it was time to bring my own passion for detail to the forefront. Driven by a belief in precision and custom tailoring, I launched The Seamstress — a luxury bridal studio dedicated to ensuring every gown fits like it was made just for each bride.
Today, The Seamstress is more than a name — it’s a promise of excellence, intimacy, and artistry.
